MY PERSONALIZED ONE-ON-ONE YOGA EXERCISE SESSION is a safe and highly effective way to reap the benefits of yoga as it is individually tailored to you specifically. Whether you are a Beginner or an Advanced looking to refine your practice, it is the ultimate way to learn methods correctly and achieve maximal results for your body type and to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. My training combines the best of both styles: the challenging Ashtanga and Vinyasa, as well as the non-challenging Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Sometimes we just need a little more attention and private space to attend to individual questions, personal needs, or injuries. Lasting between one and two hours, we will create an individual training plan, evaluate your specific movements and spend time on detailed adjustments. You will notice how fast your practice will progress this way.

Private Yoga sessions can be scheduled in the privacy of your own home, outdoors, or at the Mountain Yoga facility.
